Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

If the user has not logged into the system and no course content has been accessed (e.g. videos, downloads, quizzes): A full refund may be provided within 7 days of purchase upon written request.

If any course content has been accessed: No refund will be issued.

Non-attendance at live virtual sessions (where applicable) does not qualify for a refund.
We recommend reviewing all course information carefully before purchasing to ensure it suits your learning needs.
Digital Downloads
All checklist templates are delivered electronically and deemed non-refundable once purchased.

As these are instant digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase, including in cases of accidental purchase or change of mind.
